INVITATION -Youth Camp in Punjab India:

Dates: 29 November to 6 December, 2011
Venue: Jalandhar (Punjab), direct trains from Chennai and Delhi. About 7 hours run from Delhi. 
Host:Punjab Unit of NYP
Programme/activities: Usual as in a youth camp.(Inter-cultural, educational, Community activities, networking etc)
A visit to Golden Temple Amritsar and Indo-Pak border.
Youth :Age 18-34
Total Group from Sri Lanka: 20 Youth


Children Camp in Soniput, India:


Dates 6 to 11 November 2011
Venue: Sonipat (Haryana State) just 50 kms from Delhi
Organiser: National Youth Project
Host: Haryana unit of NYP
Programme/activities: Cultural Activities, games, educational programmes
General guidance: There are direct trains from Chennai to Sonipat. Sleeper class railway fare from Chennai to Sonipat, both ways , will be reimbursed. In case participants land at Delhi airport, arrangement will be made to pick up them from there.
. Presentation of folk dances will be appreciated.
Participants age group: 8 to 12 years
Accompanied Parents/guardians/teachers: 01 for every 05 children 
Total Group from Sri Lanka: Children 25 and Adults 05.


Travel expenses from Sri Lanka to Camp Venue and back: Responsibility of the Participant
Local hospitality: Meals, accommodation during the camp and Certificate will be provided by the National youth Project of Gandhi Peace Foundation-India.
